Both stories have themes about freedom and fate, and while I still haven't gotten the chance to rewatch the series yet(doing a comic(s)/getting obsessed with Fields of Mistra/going through the soul-crushing experience of working retail will do that to you LOL) I feel like all three protags of Deltarune would make fun protagonists/swaps of Duck in an au. Someone's already done a really fun au with Ralsei as Duck(I nearly screamed when I first saw it like "OH MY GOD THAT'S WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT"), but I also feel like Kris/Suzie as Duck would be really fun(SUZIE AS BUTCH PRINCESS TUTU AND KRIS AS FAKIR IMAGINE IT NOW-)
