Because you’re a giant, you have to admit.” Lois laughed, leaning back against the wall in the kitchen, sitting sideways on a chair next to the small table in the corner, one knee drawn up to press against her chest. “And don’t you dare say that it’s because I’m short, because I am at the perfect height to go for your knees.”
