I got sparked regularly and it caused me to have anxiety and deep paranoia-like fear at a young age and even to this day I'm scared of the repercussions of the tiniest actions w my mother (even tho I love her deeply n know she thought she was doing the right thing)
same for me it’s probably the reason i cry when ppl yell and i honestly feel that same kind of fear i would feel as a kid when i see another kid getting spanked or yelled at like it blows my mind that ppl are able to do that to their own kids
