Red Bull driver Max Verstappen, who recently got sentenced to two days of “public service” by the FIA, will be forced to drive the 2018 Williams car for the entirety of the 48 hour punishment.

“We want to punish Verstappen for purposely crashing into Ocon after the race, so we will give him the one thing that a Formula 1 driver fears more than anything else: He must spend 2 days driving the 2018 Williams car!” stated FIA President Jean Todt.

Ocon was quick to rush to Max’s defence, despite being a lap down.
