He's got a much-younger sibling who was born when he was in middle school. His parents telling him that he's got to be a strong/responsible older brother added fuel to the fire in the whole 'I will become the strongest man in Japan' thing.

His parents and his grandma read to him a lot and always had a lot of books in the house. He ended up reading a lot of books that he probably shouldn't have been reading so young (and he totally didn't understand a lot) but he read them anyway because they were lying around.

They spend ages house hunting because they're looking for a place with doorframes that Wei can fit through and no low hanging ceiling lights. They have to compromise on pretty much everything else but it's worth it (although sometimes Kensuke jokingly suggests getting a giant chandelier in the living room)

fukui will NEVER admit it but sleeping in a too-small dorm bed pressed against the wall & pinned under wei is actually his favorite way to combat the cold

Reo really likes picking up Makoto & Makoto is furious of course (squawking & kicking he's such a child) but in the end he lets Reo do it as long as it's not bridal style
