Futuroscope opened in 1987
French theme park based on futuristic technology. Probably inspired by the success of Epcot Center (1982) in Florida.
I wonder why there is no more park of this kind? Maybe because most of the 70s and 80s kids (like me) who visited it and now see what the 21st century looks like, donât want to go further... ;-)
