[ bad night & a compromised nest ]

The last thing Tim expects to see when he shows up in Gotham is to see a light on at his favorite safe house. No one from S.H.I.E.L.D. knew about it. Okay, he might have mentioned it to his S.O. but the general location, not the exact apartment; the type that neighbors don't report suspicious activity because of their own sketchy habits. This own was in a rundown neighborhood, good roof access, sewer access, over looking an alley where he'd stash his Ducati behind the dumpster, and a fire escape beside the window as a secondary exit. Tim is banged up in a bad away. A dislocated shoulder needs to be set. He gingerly reloads his weapon in the hall. He doesn't want to check his other houses, whoever is squatting in this one should be ready for a forceful eviction. He turns the key in the lock carefully. At least that didn't change. He really didn't want to have to pick it with how tender his shoulder was. Keeping his weapon drawn, the agent enters the apartment and stops. "Damian?" The little shit. Tim lowers his weapon and flicks the safety back on, grunting as he holstered it. This was turning out to be a more stressful night than he imagined.
