I had something long typed up, but screw it. If you want to take a position of leader, act like one. Reach out to people, support those you work with, but still talk to them to make sure they do their job.Â
This whole "executive board' thing is all so stupid, and just a cover to make you feel more important and powerful, and never let that power get to your head. Treat those you work with as your equals and not like you're a higher entity trying to keep the people who work with you in check. Especially don't try to keep important decisions from your board...Â
There's just so much bullshit that comes with this, and if I'm not going to speak out against it at meeting, then it'll just remain like this miserable shithole...
