So here's a little video of when I disassembled the aluminum body from the Form2 printer to check how much liquid resin was inside the printer after the resin spill that happened because of a defective Formlabs cartridge. I immediately understood things were very bad when I removed this screw... 😩😖 I will post photos of the inside of the printer later. The resin spill happened on May 24th 2017 and I've already contacted Formlabs about this major issue. I've already talked to several different people from Formlabs and it looks like nobody can really take care of my situation and resolve this situation in a fair and fast way. My activity absolutely requires an operational Form2 as soon as possible. I've been very happy to support Formlabs and share all the awesome prints I've been able to obtain with this 3D printer, they loved my work and featured what I do with my team on their official website, they expose at conventions a statue that I sculpted and they gladly used a photo of one of my creation for the promotion of their latest big event "FUSE". I would really appreciate from them a fair and very fast help with the MAJOR issue that I'm facing with my Form2 because of a defective Formlabs cartridge that killed my printer.
