Below is taken from an entry in my physical journal where I "confessed" my kinks to myself and rambled like an insane person for fifteen straight pages because I was super repressed in 2016.
A has eaten a ton only for B to find out and tease him for it. A is too full to fight back. B plays with his belly, rubbing or patting or poking it to get a rise out of A.
A usually deserves it because the food either wasn't his or they've made some sort of bet suggesting that A couldn't resist snacking or simply that A has made himself useless when he should have been doing something else.
A & B are not always a couple in this. Sometimes they are even enemies.
A could be a monster whose belly is too full for him to chase B who would normally be in danger of being eaten.
A's belly hurts so B is massaging it.
B kissing or putting their ear to A's drum tight stomach. It tickles.
A being so full that B suggests that they name his belly. The name sticks after A actually starts getting pudgy from eating so much. They both talk to his belly.
B walking their fingers along A's belly.
A and B enjoying a bubble bath. A's stomach is so round it rises up out of the bubbles like an island.
A being so full that his tummy develops a blushed patch where it sticks out the furthest.
B draws a picture of a funny face on A's stomach. After A has eaten, the drawing is stretched into hilarious shape.
B standing behind A and thatching their fingers together under A's belly to hold it up and give him some relief.
A blushing furiously when his stuffed belly presses against B as they embrace.
B using A's belly as a pillow, much to A's dismay.
B teasing A by placing a morsel on the dome of A's stomach, knowing he can't bring himself to eat it.
A eating so much he pops a button off his shirt.
A knows B really likes to rub his belly when it's full, so before B gets home he stuffs himself to bursting and then ties a bow around it. He is already asleep when B gets home.
A enters an eating contest to win a thing B likes. A wins and B spends the evening scolding them and massaging their stomach.
A is a scary monster who wants to eat B. B insists their cooking tastes much better. A wants to see for himself. B cooks and cooks and A eats and eats until he has no room left to eat B.
