Bruce lifted his face up, scowling at Matt. “I don’t want toget up.” Matt smiled.

“You don’t have to yet. I’m just getting up to go for a run.”

Bruce sighed happily, laying his head back down on thepillow. Matt kissed his forehead and went to get out of bed. He tried to butBruce had snaked his arm around his waist holding him in bed.

“Please let me leave.”

“Nope.” Matt sighed. Tried moving Bruce’s arm but he justtightening his grip. “Come on, stay in bed. You can go for a run later. Younever have lay ins with me.”

“There’s stuff to do though.”

“Peake. It’s a Sunday. Sunday’s are for relaxing.” It wassilent for a moment before the shuffling of sheets was heard as Matt got backinto bed. “Wait seriously. Did I just win?”

“Yes, now shush you’ll ruin the relaxing.” Bruce stared,slightly flabbergasted at the fact than Matt had relented, that he was actuallygoing to stay in bed with him.

“Are you going to just stare at me or are we going to cuddleor something?” teased Matt.

“Alright I’m in shock okay.” Bruce shifted so Matt could getin close, resting his head on Bruce’s shoulder.

“You made a compelling argument.” Bruce smiled warmly. Hefound Matts hand and entwined his finger in his own hands, stroking his thumbfondly across the side of his hand. They just laid like that, listening to thesound of the morning and holding each other. Bruce kissed the top on Matt’shead.
