Here’s another angle of the pine tree and attached funghi. My phone identified the photo from the last post as a fungus called turkeytail, but I didn’t think the resemblance was close enough.
With this photo I got a match for leaf fungus (Genus Stereum), also known as false turkeytail. I’m reasonably sure this identification is correct.
