New Kicks! Hoka Clayton 2. Just in time for my girls trip to Santa Rosa to sherpa for @rebelrunnergirl at Santa Rosa 70.3. Excited to see my Rising Tide teammates. I plan to do a ton of running while I am there and probably swim the course too.

Today's 60 mile ride did not go as planned and I'm still feeling the effects. At least I finally replaced my RTTC cycling shorts and got a sweet new hoodie (too comfy to take off for a picture) and cool new swim cap! Scenes from Rising Tide Triathlon Camp Day 3 and 4. After ocean swim on day 3, we did bike, run, bike, run, bike, run. 10 mile hilly loop on the bike, transition to 2 mi tempo run repeat x3. I was able to hold marathon effort for all 3. Today Day 4, long run at Avila in the rain. I'm sad that Camp is coming to a close. I had a lot of fun!
