     Pleasant moods were hard to come by with Kennedy. He usually saves his energy for people of importance-- celebrity customers or familiar faces. Tonight was no different. No fights have erupted, the crowd was lively and almost kind, yet Kennedy’s stuck in his head. Repeating plans of what he’d do when the club closed. Wishing to just leave already, yet he’s stuck here regardless. The kelpie was hungry, yet he had rules. Killing customers was off-limits.

      Instead of ending up sitting among the crowd with bottle service, Kennedy sets himself down at the bar. He picks who he sits by-- a man looking a little too out of place to be here. The kelpie wondered who let him in, but he supposed he didn’t look like he was willing to cause any trouble. He cleared his throat, leaning in to speak above the noise of the club.
