I had morning practice today, which was not fun to wake up for. But I did reap the benefits because for the first time this year, I got to drive myself home right after school, and do all my homework before 6! This is just a little snippet of my history assignment. We were looking at how the Treaty of Versailles is a cause of WW2. Fun stuff.

This weekend was actually pretty chill, I didn’t have that much work to do in the first place so I got to do some prep for the PSAT, annotate ahead in Hamlet, and obviously, do my econ notes from this past week. I figure doing them bit by bit as we learn the material will help me prepare better for the test, even though I did very well on the first one, we’re going to move into IB answer tests, so it’ll be harder.

What better way to study for math than to make yourself a practice test! I have my first math test tomorrow and I really want to do well because math is my lowest grade right now, and the most challenging class for me. But I’m sure it’ll all work out.

Look at my cute  friends actually studying during study hall! I however, am not as wise, actually because I don’t have any homework! For the first and last time ever this year. Because we’re going on class trips next week, none of the teachers are giving homework! So next week my days of productivity are going to be college tours! 

A messy work session after school with my friend to round out the second day of school. I already have so much work to do it’s ridiculous. But I guess this is just me getting the start of school jitters because I’m 100% sure that it will get more ridiculous as the year goes on. Also somebody please tell me why I’m so tired after school everyday.

First day of school! And yes I’m kicking it off with the 100 days of productivity challenge to help me start the school year off strong. I forgot how tiring school was until today. Most of it was just introductions since we didn’t have time for much else. But of course my physics teacher (whom I love very dearly) came out the gate with quizzes, homework and a test so it was straight to work for me!

We toured Rockhurst University and University of Missouri today! Both beautiful campuses but I definitely liked Mizzou better, I’m even starting to think about applying there as a safety school.
