Sometimes, I think about how might Lucifer look in his kinda... Full form?

And, some headcanon(!): All his wounds still torment him... Just like they did right after fall. They are hurting him till now. Wounds like these aren't supposed to heal. There's no remedy. They just... scab over, but after a while, if he strains too much, they start bleeding again... And this is like a cycle. Just pain over and over again.
