Great question and honestly I don't know it's crazy isn't it?
Rosie celebrating her birthday in 2024 would consist of hmm... I think a good brunch, (with Allison obviously) at a restaurant of her choosing, maybe IHOP. Then a little bit later they'd go see a movie, go to a park and feed some ducks, then afterwards Allison takes her to I think the X-Mansion where everyone is waiting to kinda surprise her with a birthday party.

I don't think they would (and I'm not sure how tattoos work with super fast healing) but let's say they do hypothetically. I can't remember if you suggested something like it or not... but probably matching flower tattoos, like a marigold with whatever flower Peter likes or symbolizes him best.
