not happy with the election lastnight, so tossing it back to when I had my ‘95.

Yesterday @justinpjtrudeau announced how we will use $4 Billion dollars of taxpayer money to buy a pipeline that is environmentally catastrophic and endanger some of the most beautiful coast line in the world. This is a terrible economic decision(it will never pay for itself), a terrible taxpayer burden (why are we bailing out an unprofitable pipeline to send resources out of the country?) and a massive step away from environmental responsibility. Imagine what $4 Billion dollars injected into renewable energy would accomplish? This is corruption. We as taxpayers are overpaying for an asset that many analysts believe will be worthless in only a decades time. But most importantly, it’s about the environment. Every day I take small actions to make a difference and lessen my negative environmental impact. Trudeau is pushing against all of us who try to do everything we can for a better future. He is selling us out. The @sierraclubbc is getting word out of a protest today in Victoria at the legislature at 530 against the pipeline. If you’re incensed as I am, try to be there, if you can’t then voice your opposition anywhere you can. Had a great time time at the #freedom rally last weekend, no I did not run into any white supremacists. We had a hard time trying to find out what, when and where until we ran into the friendliest group of grandmas who told us it wouldn’t be on mainstream media, try Druthers they said. Couldn’t detect anything violent, maybe some bad techno but the drum n bass was pretty good. Mostly just got swamped with compliments on our cute Asian baby with sunglasses. Today Trudeau invoked the emergency act on a group of peaceful protestors who don’t want a mandate that states forced medical treatment. Banks can seize money donated from individuals for peaceful causes. All through nursing school they enforce patient autonomy, I always thought that was pretty obvious but apparently it isn’t. Countries all around the globe have already lifted their mandates.. did anyone see the Super Bowl? It’s been storming and brewing for months, maybe years and honestly I just woke up to it not long ago and am finding the rabbit hole only gets deeper. It’s crazy how much is actually hidden from us. If you still think I’m a white supremicist/ a bad/ misinformed person for posting this, I’m ok with that and maybe this post isn’t for you but I felt compelled to put it out there.
