back pain and stress so bad i'm nauseous 40% of the day.
#i'm literally so stressed i can't do SHIT#that's not true. I've been reviewing my activity diary and i've been doing so much more than before#i had two panic attacks#but i have been definitely much more productiv3e#which is not good when i have so little energy. Because now i'm 3x more tired on the regular#no wonder i'm overwhelmed. My body is not used to doing so many things#downsides of adhd meds i guess#(i know it's actually the fault of capitalism)#the meds are working. 100% certain.
