i was unfortunately late to the party, long after they split up, which is really sad. so i never got to experience them live. it seemed fun as hell.

When you have a favourite band that there's little-to-no merch for, the only thing you can do is to make your own! This is free-motion quilted raw edge appliqué onto a lightweight denim style vest. I used interfacing on the reverse to try and stop the fraying a little, but I kind of like the rustic feel to it. I dyed the fabric with a little yellow fabric paint prior to sewing, and although it's patterned with lovely foxes, unfortunately you can't really see them. Interesting to see if this will hold up in the wash!
