Hello!!! I'm back from my 3 day leave.. At least I think it's been three days!
I got so caught up with work, had two shoots and a commute to another city to sort out my next freelance job. I stopped blogging AND I stopped exercising. I feel they go hand in hand now. I worked out this morning I felt the need to blog about it! Haha!
Well anyway, I start my new freelance job next sunday, the issue is that it's all the way in Abu Dhabi and I'm in Dubai (different cities). It's around an hour and a half drive so it's really not that bad but that means that I'm no longer able to go to my Muay Thai boxing classes in the morning :( (6am sessions are booked until december so no space for little old me)
I've decided to start doing the 30 Day Shred, everyone seems to get such great results from it and it's perfect because I can do it at home as soon as I wake up and still manage to make it to work on time.
Today was day 1, it was tough but wasn't too bad. I feel like there's a lot of strain on my knees though, I wonder if maybe my posture is wrong for some of the exercises. I'm going to combine running and 30 day shred in the mornings. It'll just have to do until my contract is done!!
Super excited about this new job though, sounds like fun and I'm sure I'll learn a lot on the way. I hope it's worth sacrificing my thai boxing!!
