Walking San Francisco & Thinking Out Loud This is a view of Coit Tower you can't check off your list until spend a night at the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco. Once you get checked into your room don't just lay around in bed and read my blog, take a walk and look around the building. There is so much history to read about with black and white photos of presidents, celebrities, athletes, foreign dignitaries and royalty that have stayed in the hotel. All are beautifully framed and perfectly hung. 🙌🙌 Or, if you live locally . .. you plan a dinner date on Nob Hill and make dinner reservations at the Tonga Room. You want to have cocktails at sunset at the Top of the Mark and you want to have a drink by the piano at the Big 4 Restaurant so plan dinner before or after those two stops. This is a great way to experience and get to know Nob Hill. Get there early and visit Grace Cathedral and check out the mural in the Masonic Temple and "The Fountain of the Turtles" in Huntington Park. To get this angle on Coit Tower you walk into the Fairmont Hotel and follow the signs to the Rooftop Garden. Walk to the northeast corner of the garden to take this picture. I used my Samsung S10+ on all pics today. It was cloudy.
