If y’all started playing ooblets- Which ooblet/club did you choose and WHY? ❤️
I chose Mossprouts/Shrumbo because NATURE 🍃
I just wanted to say that I always enjoy reading your thoughts about Five. I've read so many of ur posts and I could a thousand more. And your gifs are always so good too. I really appreciate everything you contribute to the fandom
- @frunbuns
🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺
Thank you so much for these kind words, it means a lot that my little musings and gifsets resonate, somehow. Five is just a character I find incredibly fascinating and incredibly fun to think about and try to figure out, and the fact that other people are interested in my thoughts on him and this show in general is kind of mind-blowing, really.
I have to say that the Paradox Psychosis was fun (tho the farting was a bit much) you're right in what you said. It didnt really add anything except Five telling the other Five about how he worried about his family which the audience already knows but none of the siblings seem to. Even tho Luther was there nothing really came of it anyway? So unless thats something that comes up in s3 the whole thing while fun to watch really was kinda useless?? Idk if this is relevant or makes sense - @frunbuns
I genuinely don’t know if it’ll ever matter again, and I honestly doubt it. Maybe if they explore the idea of alternate selves, but even then we’re getting more farting and fighting? Like, what purpose would it serve, if it already didn’t serve on the first time around. I hope we never have to deal with paradox psychosis again, because I really don’t see it going anywhere. They might retcon the entire thing anyway because now the set-up is a time paradox, who knows?
Honestly loving this James Acaster and tua thing that's going on as someone who loves both and definitely has a few "tua as James acaster" posts in my drafts lol - @frunbuns
I was going to say ‘publish them!!!!’ but you have!!! Y E S, excellent!!!!!

Aahh happy (maybe late) birthday!! Ur blog is great!! - @frunbuns
Very much not late yet, thank you very much!
As we're still raving about James Acaster I have to say that few things have made me laugh quite as much as the bit about cardboard boxes. I absolutely lost it the first time I watched it. I remember my brother came into the room to ask me why I was laughing so much all of a sudden. Unmatched, truly. The entire series, tbh. I keep referencing it, and now me and my bf sometimes just say "no more jobs" instead of goodnight to each other. - @Frunbuns
The bit about cardboard boxes is probably in the top five most relatable stand-up bits I’ve ever seen. And Repertoire as a whole.....I could probably write an essay (like, an actual academic one) about how innovative and creative it is. The writing is genuinely amazing in exploring very personal themes through humour and the use of storytelling throughout the four shows, interconnected and non-chronological, is so clever and every time I rewatch it, I notice something else, and it is endlessly quotable, you’re so right. Also the ‘no more jobs’-story is genuinely adorable, but have your and your bf ever done a Loch Ness monster hoax ;)?
@frunbuns you forgot to turn on anon on the ask you just sent me, are you okay with me still publishing it or should I do it in private??
