On a hot day, these Raspberry Cream Popsicles are a great way to cool off. When you mix fresh raspberries with a creamy texture, you get a delicious treat.
Ingredients: 2 cups fresh raspberries. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: In a blender, combine raspberries, heavy cream, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid. Once frozen, remove popsicles from molds and enjoy!
