★ - Joan's always wanted a dog-like Pokemon for her team. When she was little she always wanted someone to play catch with. However, she's yet to find one that hasn't bitten her yet.

★ - Joan rarely celebrates her birthday. She doesn't really have anyone to celebrate it with, although it consists of getting a Skype Call from her uncle's family in Kalos.

Joan's laugh usually starts off as a soft rumble, like she's not used to laughing and it's sort of croaking out of her throat, but once she gets laughing it's loud, jolly, and just a little bit contagious. She usually curls in on herself when she laughs, like she's clutching her gut and in pain, but she's grinning like an idiot so people know not to call an ambulance or something.

Joan wondered if he was being sarcastic. Her bike was up a tree because someone (not her, she swears) may or may not have been staring a little bit too long at a tall, annoyingly interesting stranger while she had been driving by.
