What made you go hmm op?

Well it was mostly about the animation some movements weren’t that good and some characters looked really really flat. But I feel like that started to get better as the show went on. But if the storytelling is good, I can overlook such things but I still hope they will get a chance to improve that as well!

There were some things with the pacing especially in the beginning. You can have an entire season only about Adora changing sides but I also get that since we all know she’s on the good side, there’s no need to drag it out either. But I still feel like some things could have been slower (maybe the things between Adora and Glimmer)

But one thing that really bothered me was at the end of EP10 and start of EP11. While walking into the temple(?) Adora doesn’t have her sword, but at the start of the next episode where we see the same scene in a slightly different way, she has it on her back. I wouldn’t mind it either, except she makes a big deal out of being weak, and we see a close-up of her sword being thrown away so we immediately assume her leaving the sword behind will be a big part of whatever is coming next. So that was a big issue for me. And I really think Entrapta’s “death” could have been better.
