Jiggle and Giggle, oh my god this deputy… Ever since I stumbled across this character last year he has straight up REFUSED to leave my brain. Living in my head rent-free, eating all my thoughts. Joe’s best acting role hands down, the RANGE??? Chef’s kiss. He’s such a messy, complicated man and that just makes him so fun to write. Angst? Comfort? Unhinged smut? Gator can do it all and I’m here for every single flavor.
After Hours, pretty sure this was my very first Steve fic ever and I’m still proud of it! So interesting writing him older and (supposedly) wiser… (lol he’s not). His character is genuinely one of the easiest and most fun to slip into, probably because we have a lot of material to work with. Still shocked by the notes this one pulled considering how tiny my blog is?? Y’all are too sweet!
Toothpaste Kisses, Steve Harrington the only man ever, I fear. This one really challenged teenage me while writing it!! First time I saw him on screen at 14 I said “Yep. That’s my boyfriend now.” He’s just so emotionally intelligent and affectionate with the people he loves and it makes me feral. I really feel like this fic did him justice and I will stand by that forever.
Morning Mouthfuls, TEACAKE URGGHHH he’s the best I swear!! Hands down the character I have the most fun writing. It took me a minute to find his voice without falling into cliché territory but once I did? Pure joy. I’m dying to write more soft mundane adventures with him, he deserves the whole world.
