Frontaal Brewing Rhodesian Barleywine (Picked up at Sterk in Amsterdam). A 3 of 4. A decidedly more American barleywine in style with quite a prominent bitter hop presence to this alongside the expected dark fruit and malt sweetness up front. Big, bold, and boozy, and exactly what you’d expect in the style.

Frontaal Nebula A very nice smoked porter. All the flavour of a clean, smokey, tobacco-like imperial stout, with half the strength. I rather enjoyed this. Alan: 4 out of 5 Rachelle: 4 out of 5

Frontaal Juice Punch IPA (Picked up at de Bierkoning in Amsterdam). A 3 of 4. A well-balanced and enjoyable hazy IPA -- mostly orange juice notes up front and some fainter tropical fruit in the background, and a moderately bitter body. Drinks a bit bigger than it is, too.

Frontaal Double Juice Punch NE DIPA (Picked up at de Bierkoning in Amsterdam). A 3 of 4. Bright, pungent, and juicy. Lots of carbonation and sticky lacing, and a ton of really nice tropical qualities in the almost too thick body. Plenty of haziness and the alcohol stays nicely hidden.
