Today I started to keep a journal of my process of trying to lose weight. I am really going to try to stick to it. I got a gym membership to a gym that I actually love. And I also found this amazing app called c25k. Best app I've ever used. I can't wait to actually do some work and see results. I will be so happy when that day comes! So yesterday was my first day. I decided to start off slow alternating days. So yesterday I went and it felt amazing. I did 30 minutes of alternating running and walking on the treadmill then they have what they call a 30 minute work out room and I started rhat. I can't wait to go tomorrow!
