A common past-time in eastern europe on easter or christmas day, or when jews were having a wedding, was to go round to the jewish part of town and rape the women and kill the bride and murder some men who tried to fight back.

Jews in Jerusalem under ottoman rule had to wear special id badges, pay special "dhimmi" slave taxes, were forbidden from riding horses or donkeys, and couldnt testify in courts of law or defend themselves legally from assaults by muslims.

American jews were barred from professions- by tacit agreement rather then by law- and had to work in the same old stereotypical trades as the old countries. Or flock to new ones like moviemaking or theater or the emerging sciences. The SAT was created to measure how many, and keep most jews out of colleges and universities.

Jews in spain and england and france had to practice their faiths secretly, and were subject to baseless expulsion and mass burnings and wholesale persecution on penalty of torture and death, and barred from owning land or living freely until the 19th century basically.

Jews in europe were hunted nearly to extermination-in plans run by german nazis but collaborated on by just about every european country and its christian citizens- Historic villages "liquidated" and ancient communities "evacuated" to mass killing centers, and former friends and neighbors and the vatican gleefully helped nazis do it, then steal what little was left. Including tens of thousands of jewish children.

Here we go again. The Gaza Freedom Flotilla presents itself as a humanitarian act, yet its moral posture collapses under the weight of its participants’ own words. Rima Hassan, a newly elected French MEP, responded “true” when asked whether Hamas was carrying out a legitimate action, and “false” to whether Israel has a right to self-defense. Though she later attempted to qualify her statements by drawing a line between Hamas’s political and military wings, the endorsement had already been made—and not in a vacuum. Brazilian activist Thiago Ávila, also aboard, has publicly praised Hezbollah figures. Others on the ship have trafficked in inflammatory rhetoric, invoking Nazi analogies or advancing antisemitic insinuations under the banner of Palestinian solidarity. These are not isolated lapses in judgment—they reflect a broader ideological failure. Much of the Western extreme left has abandoned analytical rigor in favor of a rigid anti-imperialist script, where moral legitimacy is granted not by action but by opposition. In this worldview, groups like Hamas or Hezbollah are not examined for what they do, but valorized for whom they resist. Internal violence, repression, and illiberalism are either ignored or rationalized—despite the fact that such traits would be unequivocally condemned in any other context. What results is not meaningful solidarity, but a kind of political theatre. Palestinian suffering is not engaged with as a lived and multifaceted reality, but repurposed as moral currency for distant ideological agendas. The flotilla becomes the stage for this performance—one that instrumentalizes grief while refusing to confront its full causes.

I am stating these facts to prove that there is no earthly excuse for this:

A whale shark, an endangered species, was caught and killed today in Gaza. This is not the first incident of this kind. Videos of sea turtles, dolphins, etc being killed are unfortunately common in Gaza even in peacetime.

“The west” would be printing anti Arab slurs on billboards forty meters tall if it didn’t have oil and oil money. “Why don’t protesters care about conflicts and genocide and famine in Africa? But they care endlessly about Gaza?”

It’s oil money baby.

It’s insane that I have seen oil be THE joke for why the American military does anything but suddenly israel is richer than oil barons who literally bought the world soccer/football game and had visible slave quarters they used to build them.
