Yesterday I started to work on this BIIIIIIIG theory about how the MH universe might work.
Connecting G1, EAH, G2, G3...
I'm trying to include the lore from The Legend of Shadow High. I'm thinking the Dream Pastures (fright-mare world) and Wonderland could be connected.
I'm thinking "the builders" either A. created the universe or B. connected it via catacombs
I think different continuities, gens, and AUs count as "multiverse" but are maybe tied to dreams and the dream pastures.
I think there are parallel worlds, including Normie, Monster, Ever After and Ghost world.
I don't know how to explain it yet but there's like a connection that goes:
(I started having these ideas deconstructing the concept of "dream" in Carroll's Alice in Wonderland, where Wonderland is an upside down world to reality... Idk where I'm getting with this but so far it's fun, when I flash it out more I'll share further thoughts :3 ) (note: bc it's said that the dream pastures are "impossibly far but border all lands" I thought it be because they extended UNDER every land– hence touching them all– but are an upside down dream world, below in the catacombs, hence why they can't be normally reached, like (book)Wonderland )
