Awwwh thank you so much! Although I've scrapped countless projects and characters due to demotivation and other personal reasons, I think I've found my proper footing. I'm sincerely grateful that you're one of the very few people who supported my tumultuous and confused journey as a creative writer. Once I rebuild my lost courage and have compiled enough interesting content to share with the public, I intend to share most of the AU project I've been working on in secret over at @/upforalittleheresy.

I try to avoid political discussion because I'm extremely ill-prepared to get thrown into the world of politics. That said, the current state of the United States is very bad. The Republican government is undoing years of legal work to turn their country into a dictatorship because Trump is an infantile, demented moron.

With the pressure the United States has right now, Americans who oppose Trump's administration have a good chance of preventing most or all of the illegal bills that threaten human rights and the lives of civilians, including children. Even if the bills pass, there are ways to engage in your hobbies without the government constantly watching over your shoulder. We can even write letters to each other if push comes to shove. It’s a slower method of communication, but it’s a backup if email doesn’t work.

Although you have bodily autonomy and I can’t dictate what you should do with your life, I’ll say that suicide isn’t the answer. Suicide causes more grief and suffering than most people realise. It may feel like an easy way to run from life’s problems, but it won’t meaningfully resolve anything.
