I would say three people so 9 dragons max just so it doesn't get too cluttered with the move list and etc. Of course you can enter on your own or just with two.

You could make it where there's difficulty levels like the coli but all of them would be higher levels still as they're like end game battles.

You can make it so you can only enter so many times in a certian time frame so people with decked out dragons can't farm the thing over and over. Or maybe they're special events that you can only access during a week such as one of the holidays.

But the things would give you nice loot, maybe genes, battle stones, REALLY good familiars depending on the raid, maybe raid specific prizes and etc. Each person would get their own loot/everyone gets the same thing. Such as it dropping a bee Gene, a facet Gene, and a Jaguar.(I made them all genes just for simplicity.) So that would mean the three people who participated they would each get one. It would just lessen loot drama. The higher the level raid, the better the loot. But don't worry, the things would be HARD to win and only the super tough ones would give out such vauable prizes as not to mess with existing prices.

You would have to plan out who does what between other members, maybe a chat so you can plan what moves. You would be able to heal each other dragons/use effect moves/items on each others dragons to give aid. And if your a newbie, you could have people offering their services to take you into the raids to help out. The raids would level dragons quickly as they're high levels.
