museum campus personal reflections
the museum campus as a whole is easily one of my favorite parts in all of chicago. the views are gorgeous and clear of the skyline, as well as lake michigan. each building is specific and unique to the culture of the world, and I think it brings the world to chicago. the architecture of the buildings is simple, with recurring greek themes. i think the similar architecture is what brings the place together. it’s a very peaceful spot, but also quite a tourist attraction. yet, it is part of what makes chicago so amazing.

auditorium theatre personal reflections
i was in awe when i walked into the theatre, since managing a theatre is my dream. i especially loved the seasonal and the good and bad motifs strewn along the balconies and along the top of the stage. the paintings are very thought provoking. along the sides of the stage are composers, though i expected to see a few more prominent composers among the lists. the stage and acoustics on the stage were incredible, very reminiscent of those that were built by the ancient greeks.
