If “Cthulhu Got Transformed Into A Twink, Now He’s The Center of A Bisexual Harem“ were to be my only legacy i’d honestly not even mind that.
im now overly attatched to these characters despite the overly ridiculous and “ecchi lightnovel” like premise.
A commission from @sleepyfan-blog of Pre-Apple Dreammare where they’re exploring their powers! I hope this works as I kinda did it more aura based- And I hope this isn’t too horribly ooc!Â
I ended up doing Dreamswap Dreammare so I hope this works!Â
Word Count: 1230 (Originally commissioned for 1000)Â

“Dream! Dream!!” Dream had been asleep for the past few hours, and Nightmare was fed up with it now. “Get up!!” Night groaned, shaking the figure in the bed. “C'mon!!” Soon enough, Dream came to, sitting up in the bed and looking at Nightmare with a yawn. “What?” Dream had asked quietly, a small yawn making its way out of his mouth. “I wanna go to Outertale today!” He hummed, sitting up. Dream let out a small groan, before murmuring, “Alright..”
Dream got up and rubbed at his eye-sockets, yawning again before he started towards the kitchen. He and Nightmare lived together- They had for quite awhile now. Night went out to feed Kevin while Dream began to cook. He was usually the one to cook in the morning, despite Night saying that he could. Dream, frankly, didn't trust Nightmare with cooking. He'd never seen him do it but he expected he would end up burning something down.
As soon as Nightmare came back in he moved to wrap his arms around Dream, purring into the tallers shoulder. Dream leaned back into him a bit as he mixed pancake batter, humming to himself. The two had always been rather affectionate with each other- Especially Night. He was always the one to ask to cuddle with Dream, or to go and give him a random hug. Dream had to admit, he did really enjoy the other giving him the affection.
“Pancakes?” “Mhm.” Night could only smile at this, nuzzling into Dream's shoulder a slight bit more. He always loved Dream's pancakes. They were sweet- But not too sweet, and they'd use syrup from the trees outside. Night always enjoyed the time he would spend with Dream- Even if it was just a bit. He really enjoyed when Dream would let him cuddle- He loved cuddling Dream, he was always so warm.. And he always smelt so good- Night loved the way Dream smelled.. He smelt like clean laundry with a hint of something floral and a more masculine scent.
“Hey, Nightmare?” The skeleton was snapped out of his thoughts by Dream. He looked up and let out a soft, “Yeah?” “Want anything in your pancakes?” “No.” Dream nodded, before starting to pour batter onto the pan and beginning to cook. Night still kept his arms around him as he did this. Occasionally the idea of giving him a little peck on the cheek would come over him, but he never actually did- He couldn't go that far, not now.. Night- Loved Dream, dearly- But he didn't want to ruin anything between them.
It took him about half an hour, but eventually, there was a pile of pancakes sitting on the dining room table. Dream and Night sat down and began to eat. The two stayed mostly silent while they were eating- Though Nightmare would occasionally ask Dream something, such as 'how did you sleep' or 'do you want to go to any other aus then Outertale. What he found out through this was that Dream just wanted to go to Outeratale, and that he had a dream about Nightmare and himself- Of which he didn't tell anymore.
After they finished and got ready, they headed out of the small house they shared. Night started towards Kevin, and gave him a gentle pat on the head before heading back to Dream. The two then started towards the multiverse, where they would go to Outertale. They chit-chatted as they walked through Dreamtale and through the Omega-Timeline. They talked about random things, and eventually, the topic got to magic. They hadn't really practised much, though it didn't really see to be either of their things- Other than emotions. They both knew what their emotion auras did, even if they were fairly weak at the moment.
When they got to Outertale, they sat down on a ledge and looked off into space. It was always so beautiful- Dream had to admit he enjoyed the time spent here, especially if it involved Nightmare. The two stayed and stared at the stars for a bit before Nightmare sat up, glancing at Dream. “Hey, we should go talk to someone and see how our powers affect them.” Before Dream could argue on how that was a good idea, Nightmare was already up stating, “Go find Outer Sans, I'm going to talk to the Papyrus!” And with that Night was gone, and Dream was left to find Star.
It didn't take Night long to find Outer Papyrus. He was so much taller than the rest of the people here that he stood out. He was happily chit-chatting with some of the other monsters when Night came up to him. The aura around everyone changed to a slightly more depressing one, though it wasn't overbarable. Even so, Orion- Or, Papyrus- Had turned towards Nightmare with a smile on his face.
Night tried to think up some good conversation starters. So, he started with a simple hi, then asked if he could servery Orion about emotions to see how he was doing. Of course, the papyrus agreed without hesitation. Night asked him simple questions such as what was his normal mood, how did he feel a few hours ago, how did he feel now. He found out that Orion felt slightly worse than earlier but it was nothing too much. Night did find out that his aura had gotten slightly stronger than before, though.
Dream was having a harder time finding Star. It took him about fifteen minutes to find him- And when he did he felt like an idiot. Star was sitting inside of Grillby's, drinking something. Dream hoisted himself up onto a stool next to Star and ordered something to drink before turning to start to talk to Star. He introduced himself before also deciding to ask a few questions like Nightmare.
It was harder to get information out of Star, but not to the point it couldn't be done. Dream asked questions about moods as well, though he got more indecisive answers. Star and him did, however, after the questions, talk more. Star talked about how he was fond of Orion and Dream rambled a bit about Nightmare. Once everything was over he payed for his drink before waving Star a goodbye.
Once everything was done Nightmare and him met back where they had originally sat. It had gotten dimmer in the AU and the stars were shining brighter. It was absolutely beautiful right now. Â The two sat down and discussed what they had gotten. Nightmare would occasionally play with his magic a bit by picking at flowers with it or grabbing a rock.
Suddenly, Nightmare remembered something. “Oh, while I was out I found this flower..” He pulled a flower out- It was a beautiful flower, dark blue with little speckles of white on it, just like the starry sky. Dream took it, laughing quietly at Nightmare's act of kindness. “Thank you, Nightmare.” He hummed, before pulling the skeleton to his side.
“We should be heading home soon.” Dream murmured to Night, who only gave a small nod, before muttering, “How about thirty more minutes?” Dream nodded, before pulling Night closer to himself. “Sounds good.” He hummed, before laying his head on Nightmare's. They sat there for the rest of that half an hour before getting up and going home, ending up cuddling in bed.
Snake Eyes Prompt: Dice walks in on the Devil crying
Alright, anon! (Picture me cracking my knuckles right now and wiggling my fingers in preparation) If there’s one thing I can write, I think it’s angst! Here we go! I’m going to write this as part of the human! AU, hope you don’t mind!
Prompt: Dice walks in on the Devil crying.
It had started with a light. A bright light, a white light, a light which hurt to look at and a light that burned his skin upon touching it. The burning was immense, it was agonising, excruciating, but no matter how he fought he wasn’t able to escape it. The light was drawing closer, a voice condemning him to be forevermore an outcast, a name to be shamed until the end of time.Â
The burning was spreading, up his arms and down his legs, over his torso and onto his back. He had wings, wait, wings? They were alight too, two torches of agony that were inescapable. It travelled up to his neck, to his head, engulfing him in this scorching and he screamed. Help me, save me, forgive me.Â
A voice called out from the distance, faint, echoing and distorting to the point it was unrecognisable. What was it saying? Amidst his screams, he could only just make out a single word. Just one, simple word, one that caused his sense of reality to plummet and for the light to melt away into darkness.
Boss!

@owleryblue thank you so much for the prompt! It’s a lovely one that I’ve enjoyed writing immensely. :)Â
Prompt: King Dice decided that the Devil needs a nice suit. All good villains wear nice suits. But surprise the boss is hot.
“Sir, this is a casino, not a strip club.”Â
Devil scowled as he stood off against his lover and right-hand man, King Dice. In the manager’s hand was a hanger with a black suit, his face a picture of determination.Â
“You can’t go around naked forever, it unsettles the patrons and loses us business! I am not having one more evening with you naked.” Dice’s voice was firm, speaking in a low tone he rarely used unless extremely irritable and despite all of his power Devil knew not to mess with him in this state.Â
“Dice, it’s my casino. Surely I can dress, or undress, how I want to?” He attempted to get around the issue, arching a brow when the other man’s frown only deepened further. “I’m not wearing the damn suit!”
“Boss please,” the man begged, thrusting out the suit towards the demon with exasperation, “I will do whatever you want, however you want, for as long as you want just so long as you try it for at least one evening!”
I don't know if I am still allowed to request but lemme send you some promts? xD How about the, “Good luck trying to get to him/her without fighting me first.” or “No, no, no, I don’t think so princess.” for Snake eyessss? *internal squealing*
Oooh there’s so much potential with both of those!!! I may save the latter for another post and tag you @luntian-berdengguhit ;) Of course, you’re allowed to request/send prompts!! I openly encourage it!
Right! So the prompt I’m going to do is: “Good luck trying to get to him without fighting me first.”Â
Dice was a man of many talents and quirks; a singer, a gambler, etc... but he was no coward. He stood by the window closest to the front of the casino, his emerald eyes shimmering in the fading light of the sunset. Observing the nature around, his gaze shifted over the trees and the sky that was painted pink and gold by the sun slowly disappearing beneath the horizon. A small path leads up to the casino gates, lined with cobblestone and small tufts of grass, two travellers running up the expanse of it towards the entrance.Â
“I told you those Cup brothers would be here within the week,” a voice purred from behind him, the man turning to look upon Cid Wheezy with a semi-disgusted expression. Plumes of smoke were blown towards the manager’s face, a sleazy grin tugging at the newcomer’s lips while delight shimmered in his eyes. “Rumour has it they’ve got a plan, a plan to free all contracts the boss has collected.”
“It will remain a rumour,” the King replied, giving a roll of his eyes before a hand came up to scratch at his cheek in thought. “I’ll make sure of that.”
“What’re you gonna do? How’s a guy like you gonna stop them?”
“They are merely children,” he growled, temper seeming to flare up for a second before that professional demeanour returned. “I will stop them before they reach the boss. If they aren’t going to play fair and pay their debts, so be it.”
Wheezy looked at the manager as though he were insane, shaking his head and giving a low sigh of frustration. Usually, Dice was the most level-headed man in the whole of the casino... however, when his not so secret lover the Devil was involved, it was a completely different matter.Â
“Alright, boss. I’m sure you got a plan, just make sure to ask for help if you need it.”
With that, the burly man walked away, hacking and coughing as he went like some sort of fanfare; Dice now left alone with his thoughts. He could hear the footsteps of the brothers, their voices discussing their plan though remaining muffled enough so that not all words were understandable.Â
Calmly, the manager began to walk towards the entrance to the casino, heels clicking against the marble floor and a tune slipping past his lips. There was an unsettling level of ease in which the man moved, fingers slowly delving into velvet pockets and retrieving his trusty pack of cards.
“Mark my words, Cuphead and Mugman. You won't be able to get your grimy little hands on those contracts... and good luck trying to get to him without fighting me first.”
The grand doors to the casino were flung open, two young boys standing in the doorway with faces filled with determination. Their goal was right before them, so close to the end they could taste it. King Dice stood there with his hands clasped together, cards concealed from sight and an unsettling grin on his face.Â
“Well lookee here! You actually pulled it off... but you made me lose a bet! And for that, you ain’t seeing the boss just yet. We’re gonna play a little game first.”
From the building attached to the casino, Devil watched through the window overlooking his business as his lover confronted the duo of brats giving them so much trouble. Worry was etched into his hardened features, a frown tugging at his lips. He was sure Dice could do this; for him, Dice could do almost anything! He was certain of it.Â
When the urge to write Snake Eyes angst is real.
