3. Series C Funding & Capital Infusion:

A lifeline came in April 2022, when FreshMenu secured INR 50 Cr ($6.5 million) from Florintree Advisors. This funding allowed the brand to clear its past debts, expand its operations, and significantly increase its cloud kitchen count.

4. Tech-Driven Operations:

Over the years, FreshMenu developed its proprietary tech stack, which plays a crucial role in monitoring kitchen performance, tracking orders, managing the supply chain, and assessing daily profits. This real-time tech management helped the company address operational challenges swiftly and efficiently.

5. Future Growth and Diversification:

Despite continuing to face challenges in a competitive food delivery market, FreshMenu is now aiming for INR 200 Cr in revenue by FY26, with plans to expand to 100+ cloud kitchens. Additionally, the brand is looking into entering retail touchpoints, such as mall kiosks and airport outlets.
