Ace and Deuce are quite a duo: I get by now how competitive NRC students are, but it still baffles me how these two find different ways to be both each other's best friend and be at each other's throats. Jack is the obvious to point at when people bring the, dare I say, 'tsunderism' of NRC. He pretends he doesn't care, but his actions speak so much louder. I also admire his self-improvement focus. Epel is one I'm particularly close to, although the reason for that is quite... divisive. I get it, he doesn't want people to say he's cute, but I agree with Vivi; his attitude could use some help. (FYI, I know more, but won't disclose here.) He's welcome to hang out at Ramshackle anytime anyway. Sebek was harder to approach; his devotion to Mal-Mal and Lilia is more than evident. Alongside one moment where I 'found out by accident', he actually followed me and Malleus during our first date; I'd be more upset if he didn't meant well. I'm glad he said I had 'his respect', though I do hope we get to call each other friends sometime. Ortho's so precious! I don't care, I DON'T CARE, if he's not called or considered a fellow student by the others; he attends classes, gets along well with people, is always excited about new things and events, and is quite proactive. I think this ABSOLUTELY counts as him being a student on his own right! Also, he's so cute I can't help but to hug him! (I did ask Idia if 'that was a problem', but he was actually happy to see his little brother being seen like that; their bond is so sweet!)
