The only frequencies I listen to are from « HQ Binaural Beats » on YouTube and « Nerd of Subs » on YouTube and on TikTok (they exposed a lot of people who use fake frequencies on their TikTok account like ‘High Frequency Guru’ or ‘i want it, i got it’).
