For busy mornings, these freezer hash browns are a great idea. For a quick and easy breakfast, make a big batch ahead of time and put them in the freezer. Plus, you can change them to suit your tastes!
Ingredients: 10 lbs potatoes, peeled and grated. 1 onion, finely chopped. 3 tbsp olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C. Chop up an onion and add it to a large bowl with grated potatoes. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper. Combine well. Put parchment paper on the bottom of a baking sheet. Place the potato patties on the baking sheet after making them into small patties. After the oven is hot, bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Let the hash browns cool down all the way. Once the hashbrowns are cool, put them in a freezer-safe container or ziplock bag and use parchment paper to separate each layer so they don't stick. You can freeze it for up to three months. To reheat, just put it in the oven at 375F 190C for 15 to 20 minutes, or until it's hot all the way through and crispy.
