Getting back on the food. Managed to get myself a free fridge from my PT, case of being in the right place at the right time. This morning I’ve filled it with plenty of good stuff. Treated myself to a nutribullet which I’m going to try out this afternoon (can’t wait!).
Hit a 10 mile run this morning after a good food day yesterday and felt great!
Back on it!!!
