Formed around the magnetic Budapest-born, San Diego quartet Dorothy Martin, the five-piece rock band is delivering an irresistible ‘60s-tinged edge to their inimitable fusion of blues and rock aesthetics. Dorothy is a band quite like no other driven by an undeniable, powerful force.  European Parliament warns of racism and xenophobia

Yesterday, I voted for a remarkable resolution of the European Parliament. Adopted by a large majority, the resolution strongly defends free movement in the EU and condemns politicians pandering to populist whims by talking of "benefit tourism" and calling for restrictions against the free movement. The Parliament warns that it "could lead to scapegoating EU citizens from some Member States, or EU mobile citizens, and could entail a rise of racism and xenophobia" if the full right to free movement by citizens of Rumania and Bulgaria is not address in a more rational way. The European Parliament stands firm against the attempts of European politicians such as UK Prime Minister David Cameron and leading politician of the German conservatives to undermine the right to free movement.
