The elevators in the Student Services Building (SSB) is out of service, so if anyone needs to use an elevator, there is one in the Traditions Garage, located by the stairwell by then Den that is working. We apologize for the inconvenience.
FreeCon 16 approaches! As we all get ready to have fun at FreeCon, please follow these rules and restrictions to help ensure the well-being and safety of everyone as well as making all staff & volunteers' lives easier.
‼️Cosplay Restrictions‼️
- No glitter, fake blood, or body paint. Only exceptions are paint and fake blood on the face. - No weapons, real or fake. Walking canes incorporated into the cosplay is an exception as an accommodation. Dagorhir and HvZ are permitted to have prop weapons for their supervised outdoor activities as organizations working with FreeCon. - Clothing must cover at least the swimsuit/bikini area. - No clothing with hate speech or iconography. - It is your responsibility to contact us if your cosplay is acceptable or not.
‼️Cosplay is Not Consent‼️ - Do not take pictures of or touch people without consent. Be considerate of others of how you behave towards them.
‼️No food and drink in restricted areas‼️
