So there I was, sitting in the sunshine on a beautiful afternoon when I get a random notification on my phone from amazon. Your order has been delivered. One kindle fire kids adapter has been delivered to your house. Couple of things were disturbing about this notification, I didn't order an adapter, I don't own a kindle fire for kids and I had no money in my account to pay for it. After rushing back to the house I was staying at (not my house so couldn't check the package to see what was going on.) And changing my password, I checked to see if such a thing had been sent to my house. Indeed it had but was free of charge? Bit random but a result as no money to pay for it anyway. Rang home and package had arrived. Fast forward a couple of days and I get home to open the offending article. Turns out the kindle fire kids adapter is the same as the one for the kindle fire 7' which is the one I do have. They are recalling the old adapter as it was electrocuting people and they sent me this one so I can swap them over. Way to give people a heart attack amazon! Hope I can remember my new password.....
