following my "the tva is inside the quantum realm" theory, after episode 3 it would not only explain this line: "time passes differently here at the tva" but now also the newly added: "i had to pull a memory from hundreds of years ago" because that's how they could have been alive for so long and even be (technically) hundreds of years old like sylvie implies but no one would be none the wiser
in endgame we learn 5 years = 5 hours, so following the same logic, hundreds of years (let's go with 900?) it'd be 900 hours which is only like 5 weeks...
also, they are variants but if they got pulled from their respective timelines at different times, what do the others get told about this "new coworker"? where do they think they came from? do they get told they got created because they were short-staffed? do they sneak these "chosen" variants in so that tva workers don't see them as variants and realise they're variants-turned-workers? or did they all get chosen and turned at the beginning of this whole scheme all at the same time so they wouldn't know better?
