Hello and welcome to this special edition of The Pace Report reporting live from the 37th Annual Detroit Jazz Festival.Three-time Grammy Award nominee, vocalist, and jazz icon Freddy Cole blessed this year's DJF with a special performance in honor and tribute to his brother, Nat King Cole, and niece, Natalie Cole. Cole, who's latest HighNote Records release, "He Was The King," is a tribute record to his brother in which he covers some of Nat's most beloved classics as well as some of his lesser known records.
