i wanted to do a monochrome palette but i also wanted it dark and spooky and i just think im not pulling off these concepts in tandem that well. i like the concept tho the image has been in my mind for some time now.

im just always kinda thinkin ab the horror of being mcgucket cir. 1982. bill is hardly subtle in all record we have of him possessing ford, and that one shot in The Last Mabelcorn of fidds looking askance at ford in the middle of his spooky meditation surrounded by candles and bill tapestries and a rug and prisms. oog. it gets my brain goin. bill just fully possesses him for a brief moment and nothing comes of it. does this happen frequently enough? is it possible it did and mcgucket never once noticed? i find it unlikely. im a rly big fan of the concept of this religious and superstitious tennessee man having to go thru his best friend and lab partner being causally possessed sometimes. makes "where are these ideas comin from!? who are you working with??" hit harder for me. i think he Knows a bit. i think he's a bit of a gothic horror protagonist who ends the tale by running away and hiding. so that's basically the essence i wanted to capture here. again i keep making it weird and bad but this is like my third pass and i like the composition a lot so im ignoring my weird colors/rendering. im trying to improve in that lately im trying to get better i dont color that often so im growing and learning. anywho reblog if ur a real fiddler or whatever i love u fiddleford hadron mcgucket<33333
