VERY LOUD GASPING NOISE

Jigsaw had just put away the pie they had baked when they spotted Static landing in their living room. Oh, what timing!!

They scittered their way over to them, tail wagging behind themself once they skidded to a halt beside her.

"Well well well! Hello dear Static, hmhmhmhm~! You have no idea how much I've been waiting for such a moment to happen!"

Jigsaw and Static going in for a first kiss, Static expecting Jigsaw to be more freaky about it, but instead Jigsaw's being the most gentle being possible unless Static asks them to be more freaky because as insane as they are, consent is EXTREMELY important for them

Five days.

It had taken five days before the Wrecker turned away from the desert and started his trek back. If he had thought before leaving, if he had planned, he would have stayed away longer, maybe even indefinitely. Without the Jackhammer, and more importantly energon, it just wasn't possible. He'd depleted his energy levels with his raging temper. He'd turned it outward, taking it out on the landscape around him. He'd caused a rock slide somewhere along the way. Watching the rocks crumble and shatter down the canyon wall had been a jarring sight, a perfect visualization of his control crumbling away.

Wheeljack slipped into the base, pushing himself to transform as he came to the main hangar. He did not immediately enter, choosing instead to stand at the cusp of the large room and wondering what sort of welcome he would get. What lecture was awaiting him? The same broken record or something more? The Lancia was too drained to care, both mentally and physically. He'd take whatever was coming and then quietly disappear to his quarters.

Stepping closer, the doors swooshed aside and allowed him entrance. As he stepped inside, he couldn't help but feel like the walls were already closing in on him. His emotions, drained as they were, were apparently still too raw and wild. A single spark could reignite his temper, but it was already too late to turn back.
