I post art on here sometimes (maybe even a coherent thought every now and again), and love to yap with my friends and mutuals about anything and everything :]

As you might pick up, this is a multi-fandom blog! i don't separate my interests by much else but tags, but you can expect to see a lot of OCS and DCA fandom things since those are my main fixations as of now!

As you also might pick up, i will occasionally post and reblog suggestive content, though nothing borderline nsfw. i try to tag everything appropriately, but truthfully I'm a little freak who'll sometimes forget in my own shenanigans

behold!!! my literal first EVER digital art!! that never actually got to see the light of day,,, alongside my first proper static drawing, and more early 2024 art that i feel encapsulates what i could do at the time!

i, of course, was most familiar with traditional at this point, and only SOMEWHAT knew what i was doing when it came to art. digital was a wholeeee new can of worms that i had no clue how to wrangle- especially since i was thrown right into the deep end using a professional art tool (thank my older brother for that pirated copy of photoshop 2017 i still use today!)

For a long while i used the default pencil tool and absolutely slaved over making EVERY line as PIXEL PERFECT as possible, but i quickly grew tired of this and switched to a different customized brush that I've used since 💜

i gotta be honest . drawing Malware a million times helped me with anatomy more than I'd like to admit HGDFJ-- you can only draw one character so many times before you start getting a hang of the shapes and depth that come with em!! (this goes for Static as well actually . equally so!)

Now, all that being said, it's real fun to look to my recent art and flabbergast myself with the LEAPS of progress I've made in only 2 (and a half!) years. these are all from various months this year!

needless to say, I'm very proud of myself :]]]]

I honestly don't have a reason to make this post outside of . I've been wanting to for a while . AND spending yesterday whipping out multiple drawings i really liked reminded me of just how far I've come! (if you'd asked 2024 Storm to do such a thing, she'd spend hours perfecting a single sketch and get upset if it didn't come out exactly as pictured. this isn't slander we just really struggled to loosen up at the time)

I wholeheartedly believe I wouldn't have made the progress i have today without the friends I've made on here. without having people encourage me to expand upon my silly little tv head, without joining the dca fandom and finding my little group of weirdos (affectionate), and without the little community we've made, i never would've nurtured that passion to keep drawing and improving and creating for the joy of creating!!! to the mutuals that aren't active anymore, the ones i don't talk with, the ones i do, the ones that spam my blogs with likes, and the ones that are now my closest friends and partner, thank you for showing love to my characters!! thank you for inspiring me by sharing your own!!
