Does it hurt knowing all Damon had to do was ask, and I would’ve left you? Does it hurt knowing he didn’t even have to. Does it hurt knowing I begged him to steal me from you? That I was absolutely miserable with you.

Though, that’s the wrong word. I never belonged to you. I always belonged to him, and we both know that. I think you did too!

Thats probably what makes you so mad, right? Knowing that he’s better than you in every way, even this. Especially this.

Wow, these texts paint the picture of a sweet partner, right? Someone who is nervous for their first date with their new partner.

Wrong.

Wolfgang lied to me on this date. When I asked how he knew what my favourite snacks were, he told me he guessed. He knowingly mislead me, and allowed me to assume that he had been paying attention to me longer than I’d realised. I thought he was sweet and attention and actually interested in me.

This is bullshit. Wolfgang has shown he was never interested in me. Only a relationship.

Let me lay out the timeline of our “relationship”.

1. Our first dinner together. Wolfgang asked me out of the blue, I agreed. I spent the night at his dorm, but we did not kiss or agree to anything romantic.

2. Our first kiss. The next night, Wolfgang invited me to the gazebo. Here, we shared what is probably the worst kiss of my entire life and Wolfgang asked me to be his partner. I agreed.

3. Our first (and only) date. Wolfgang invited me to his dorm to watch Legally Blonde. This is where those texts come into play. I didn’t stay the night.

4. A brief two word interaction at Jett’s party.

5. A conversation the night after the party where we agreed to work on our relationship, because it was already strained. Wolfgang lied to me in this conversation. He told me he reached out to Damon to check on him after Eva’s post. This was not true. He accused Damon of “tempting” me to sin. Whatever that means.

6. Our breakup.

We only texted to plan times to meet up. This was the extent of our “relationship.”

Yes, I cheated on Wolfgang. That was wrong. But Wolfgang continuously lied to me, and clearly never respected me as a person. I broke Wolfgang’s trust, but we never had a chance to grow true genuine trust in the first place.

I’m not going to deny that the cheating was wrong no matter what. But if you genuinely believe that this “relationship” was serious enough to warrant me having my personal data leaked in this way, you need serious help.
