This is the Frank Laurent Coffee Roasters' signature "Blue Cappuccino." I'm guessing the "blue" comes from them hand torching sugar on top to form a crust. They don't torch it at the table. It arrived this way. It's okay. A good idea... just no creme brûlée. Too sweet at the end for me.
